Investment Potential and Bias Analysis of Conan Issues (Bronze Age) #1 to 25 and 37 We begin our analysis of Conan from the Bronze Age. I ask you to read back through the different stats I have developed to determine the comics that are favored by the top comic book investors aka the Insiders vs the fans aka the Outsiders. I developed the Stat I call the Bias score. In Table 1 I list the Conan issues 1 to 25 and 37. Lime Green issues are those issues that are very biased and strongly desired by the Insiders. The only issues of this type is Conan #1 with a B Score of 162. It quickly drops to 53. That score is still positive and implies a solid issue to focus on. We have the dark green issues with a somewhat Bias are, 3, 5, 7 10, 23, and 25. These are issues to watch for a bargain. Note a lot of issues in the negative and those are to be avoided. Table 1 B Score of the Conan Issues #1 to 25 and 37.  We move down further into the worlds of the I/O and have denoted the issues to f

Investment Potential in the Second Ten Runs using Desire Rankings at the 70 Percentile.

This post is the final one on the 2nd Arc of 10 Titles. I present here in these tables all major issues that are at the 70 percentile desire scale. So you may plan your investment focus using this data to compare multiple issues to see if they are more or less desired now. These tables are so action packed that I leave it to you to fish around. My suggestion would be to find the avg prices in each section and see which issues stick out. CA117  1100 9.4 MSH 12 980 9.4 MSH 13 2800 9.4 MSH 18 2100 9.4 IM 1 2100 9.4 IM 55 2100 9.4 MSP 5 1300 9.4 So in the first section we have 7 comic books with an AVG 1780. Note the 3 issues below CA 117, MSH 12 and MSP 5 at 9.4. I am focusing on those issues because this data would imply they have the most room to grow in price. Given the movies etc. I would rank CA117, MSH 12 and MSP 5. Concerned about MSP 5 as Ghost Rider maybe seen it best days? So would go a

Cluster Analysis and Investment Potential of Amazing Adventures, Marvel Team-Up, Marvel Superheroes, and Marvel Spotlight Selected Issues

Cluster Analysis and Investment Potential of Amazing Adventures, Marvel Team-Up, Marvel Superheroes, and Marvel Spotlight Selected Issues Table 1 presents the Bias Scores for the Titles and selected issues Amazing Adventures (AA), Marvel Team-Up (MTU), Marvel Superheroes (MSH), and Marvel Spotlight (MSP). Note the numbers show that MSH 13 and 18 are very high compared to the others. MSH 13 is at 2217 while MSH 18 is at 1031. Note the drop to 428 for MSP 15. All these are Lime Green stained issues that are high I Biased issues. Note we also have MSH 12, MTU 1, MSP 2 and AA issues 13 and 11. The Dark Green issues are somewhat I Biased from MSP #8 downward. Note all these issues are fairly strong. Table 1.  B Scores of Amazing Adventures (AA), Marvel Team-Up (MTU), Marvel Superheroes (MSH), and Marvel Spotlight (MSP) issues. Table 2 has the SLN. DF and DF% numbers. This data stream looks at the two worlds Biases and give you the comparison between them. We have alot of Lime green

Cluster Analysis and Investment Potential of Defenders, Ghost Rider Vol 2, and Capt Marvel Selected Issues

Image
Cluster Analysis and Investment Potential of Defenders, Ghost Rider Vol 2, and  Capt Marvel Selected Issues  Table 1 shows the data from the combined analysis that I call my cluster analysis. I add all these issues together and re-looked at all of the issues in these 3 titles. So as before Lime Green stained issues are the High I Biased issues and are the one to focus on. Note the B Scores of Capt Marvel 17 with a 236.2 followed by 168 with CM 27, Ghost Rider 1 143 and finally CM 18 at 1 34. So CM 17 is the top of the top four and is one issue for your keenest focus. Note the drop in B Scores for the next group stained by Dark Green.  Defenders 1 comes in here at 86 followed by alot of CM issues. Note much to says for the GR issues here, Table 1 B Scores of the Selected Titles and Issues.  So we move into the SLN numbers in Table 2 that give us a feel for the two worlds and how they are focused on the issues. CM own the top 4 Issues of Bias differences. Note we have CM 17 again

Cluster Analysis and Investment Potential of Sub-mariner, Iron Man, and Captain America Selected Issues

Image
Cluster Analysis and Investment Potential of Sub-mariner, Iron Man, and Captain America Selected Issues Cluster analysis is the procedure where multiple titles are put together and analyzed as a group. So this post deals with the three titles in the 2nd ARC of titles; Capt America, Sub-mariner, and Iron Man. Table 1 is the B SCORE data for the cluster. As in other analysis, issues that have the highest Insider Bias are stained with Lime Green. These issues are Captain America #117 (496), Iron Man #1 (395) and Iron Man #55 (329). Note the extreme drop to the next level at 57. That is a drop of 83%. That is very significant. Given investment budget issues, you could only focus on these 3 issues and be fine. Note the next group from with a range of Bias Score from 57 to 42. These issues are to be considered issues that are somewhat biased and could be objects of some focus as well. Table 1 B Scores of the 3 Title Run of Selected Capt America, Sub-mariner, and Iron Man Issues.  Tabl

Investment Potential and Key Analysis of Amazing Adventures Vol 2 (Bronze Age) Issues #1 to 18

Image
Investment Potential and Key Analysis of Amazing Adventures (Bronze Age) Issues #1 to 18  As we look into the bronze age run, we expect the emphasis on the Inhumans, Black Widow and the first furry Beast are going to be the key elements that Insider investors will be focused on. Table 1 presents the Bias Scores for all the issues in Amazing Adventures (AA). I has previous discussed all the data streams I you to look into these runs. So I highlight the highest Insider Biased issues with Lime green staining and somewhat biased issues with Dark green staining. Grey issues are on the watch list. So the story here is the 2 issues, 11 and 13. Issue 11 is the first furry Beast and issue 13 is the big fight vs the brotherhood of evil mutants. These are 184 and 181 and the next is issue 14 is at 107. So clearly these 2 issue are the standout ones by the Insiders and then need to invite your focus as well. Table 1. B Scores of the AA issues 1 to 18.  We next have my data stream that focu

Investment Potential and Analysis of Marvel Superheroes Draft Issues 12 to 20

Amazingly Secret Approach Using an Incredibly Novel Data Analysis Procedure for Comic Book Investing and Speculation.  Investment Potential and Analysis of Marvel Superheroes (MSH) Draft Issues 12 to 20 This title from the late silver age was action packed in characters introduced. We have the first appearance of Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers (aka Ms. Marvel, Binary etc), and the Guardians of the Galaxy. We have also Inhumans. Phantom Eagle, Spiderman, Black Knight, Kazar and Dr Doom as well in these issues. So I go in expecting the Capt Marvel and Guardians of Galaxy will be the main attraction here. Table 1 presents the Marvel Super-Heroes Issues 12 to 20 graded as to each issues Bias Score. Previous works shown in this blog have discussed the methods that allow a novel look into the Insider Investors and how much they desire each issue. The B Score Number is show and ranges from 2258 to 66. This is a broad range and really shows the focus of investors onto the issues 12 ,

Investment Potential and Analysis of Marvel Spotlight Issues 1 to 10.

Amazingly Secret Approach Using an Incredibly Novel Data Analysis Procedure for Comic Book Investing and Speculation.  Investment Potential and Analysis of  Marvel Spotlight Issues 1 to 10. In the bronze age many key first appearances occurred in these odd titles. We have issue 5 with the first appearance of Ghost Rider (GR)and issue 2 with the first appearance of Werewolf by Night (WBN). So going into our analysis I expected these two issues to be the focus. In table one, we see the B Score data stream of the MST issues 1 to 10. As expected, issues 2 and 5 are Lime Green stained highlighting that these issues have the highest Insider investors Bias. We also have a dark green stained issue 8 where we have Ghost rider vs his adoptive father in hell as well as the villain snake dance as his first appearance. Note that the B Score of 5 is 355 while the Issue 2 has a B Score of 161. That difference implies that the GR is more desired as compared to WBN. See Table 5 for the complete st

Investment Potential and Analysis of Key Marvel Team Up Issues 1 to 25

Amazingly Secret Approach Using an Incredibly Novel Data Analysis Procedure for Comic Book Investing and Speculation.  I remind you that this blog will be focus on the Investment Potential of Various Issues that I highlight. I suggest you go back to read my post on investment procedures. Price Points are as critical as what issues to focus on. Ok, I have subjected the Marvel Team Up issues 1 to 25 to my analysis. I have developed these data streams; Bias Scores, SLN Numbers, ADFs, Score Cards and Desire Scores. I have hopes that these streams lead to the issues to focus on. Table 1 represents the B Scores of the Issues of Marvel Team Up 1 to 25. The highest Insider Biased Issues are stained with Lime Green and the Issues somewhat biased are stained Dark Green. So in Table 1 MTU Issue 1 is stained lime green and its B Score of 224 is by far the outstanding issue with a I Bias. The next dark green stained issues of 4, 10, 22 and 23 have a Bias Score of 36 to 12 in a range. So 224 v

Investment Potential and Analysis of Ghost Rider Vol 2 Issues 1 to 11

Image
Amazingly Secret Approach Using an Incredibly Novel Data Analysis Procedure for Comic Book Investing and Speculation.  Ghost Rider _ (Bronze Age) As seen in Table 1, I outline the Bias Scores for the first 11 issues. Quickly my B Score number quantifies and looks at the difference in desirability between Insider (serious collectors/investors) vs Outsiders (everyone else). High I Biased issues are stained in Lime Green and somewhat I Biased issues in Dark Green. We have here only 3 issues for our investment focus, Issue 1, 5 and 6. Clearly Issue 1 is the main focus and shows that the movies have not had a great effect on the other issues. Note that the negative number would suggest overbuying by the Outsider groups. These title is a weak one for serious investment. Table 1 B Score of Ghost Rider Vol 2 Issues 1 to 11.   Table 2 represents the SLN number for each issue in Ghost Rider. This number focuses on the internal dynamics of the 2 worlds the I and O universes. The SLN is
